Hey!

I'm Jasmin.

A culinary nutritionist, dance fitness instructor, and health coach dedicated to educating and helping women reach their potential of becoming the healthiest version of themselves. I love to see people regain confidence and feel empowered to live a healthy lifestyle, in a way that's unique and realistic to them.

As a dance addict, fun-loving, plant-based food enthusiast, healthy baker, and red wine lover, my happiest moments are hearing from the women who's health I helped to transform.

When it comes to nutrition and fitness, we struggle to enjoy it and stick with it for life.

 

 Many women are overwhelmed by information in the media,

have tried a calorie restrictive diet that didn't work,

dreaded a workout that they didn't enjoy,

felt unusual symptoms and didn't know it could be tied to food, fitness, mindset, and our environment,

or perceive healthy living as being forced to eat or workout in an all-or-nothing approach.

 

I'm here to change that!
