The Green Soul Vibe blog is a place created and designed for YOU! It’s a place for me to share with you my knowledge and resources about all things health and what the term “health” includes for me, which is nourishment (food), movement (exercise), and the mind/body connection (wellness). Health is a broad term that also includes our relationships, social environment, physical environment, etc.
Chances are that you at some point, you have struggled with your health, whether it be excess weight, constant fatigue, hormonal imbalance, or chronic sickness. You don’t have to live with poor health. Your health is your greatest wealth, and with a strong focus on the conscious mindset, I believe all things (change, habits, lifestyle, beliefs) can be achieved by the power of our minds.
My intention is to create and nourish a strong community of women that can achieve their greatest health goals and sustain their health for life. This is an inclusive space, and we keep it a judgment-free zone (just like me trying to parallel park on the streets of downtown - I struggled, don’t judge). There’s no right or wrong, no one way method, and the approach to health is natural and real here. It ain’t a Nicki Minaj song, there’s no magical “pills and potions” or quick and fast solutions but fortunately for me, I don’t come with a long list of negative side effects like those med commercials. Health is work and dedication but as long as you know your “why”, you can your full potential and find fun and enjoyment in life while living vibrantly. So if you wanna dance to Drake’s “God’s Plan” in your kitchen while meal prepping because that’s what makes you happy, then that, my friend, is living in great health.
