How These 2 Women Reclaimed Their Bodies, Health & Confidence Within 3 Months. & Here's

Best Body Nutrition in 5

Brenda* (name has been changed for confidentiality) was diagnosed with an under-active thyroid. At a later stage in life and wanting to improve and preserve her health, she joined the gym and started taking weekly classes, making it a priority in her lifestyle. Her doctor prescribed her with medication, which came with a list of side effects like stubborn weight gain, feeling sluggish every day, hair loss, and she had no idea if she was eating the right foods for her body and condition, which was already tricky enough for her to navigate being a lifelong lacto-vegetarian.

Shannon* was desperate to do anything to change her health. Carrying too much excess weight on her body was taking a toll on her daily physical capabilities at a young age, like being unable to walk to work, constant migraines, and painful ankle swelling by mid-afternoon.

Both Brenda and Shannon took one small first step toward changing their health and lives because doing it themselves was just not working.

Not only is it challenging but it’s also frustrating to have a goal and not be able to reach it. This applies to all areas of life but the one that impacts us the most is the one that affects how we feel, how we look, and our health each and every day.

Each of us has a perceived ideal health that we want. There’s an ideal lifestyle we want, an ideal image of ourselves, and to feel comfortable and happy inside of our bodies. We think we’re doing it the right way but then your mom, bestie, cousin, co-worker, dog sitter tells you something else and the world of food and nutrition becomes so confusing.

So we start taking small steps. Maybe dieting and depriving ourselves of food to lose weight. Or taking supplements because we hear about it on the news. Or joining a gym for a month but don’t feel motivated to go without seeing results instantly.

Some of us take the value of our health for granted, until it becomes worse and then there’s a doctor’s diagnosis of cancer, Type 2 diabetes, arthritis, autoimmune disease like eczema, IBS, celiac disease, lupus, psoriasis and the list goes on. Talk about making it MORE complicated? Then we’re told to swallow pills and just deal with it for life.

What if I told you that it doesn’t have to be that way?

FOOD is part of the factor that contributed to our excess weight, our disease, and our troubles. So why wouldn’t FOOD be the same factor to help heal ourselves and reach our ideal health?

What if we stopped “dealing with it” and just KNEW what we have to do, and WHY we should so that we actually want to do it? Maintaining a healthy lifestyle should be realistic and attainable to each individual’s lifestyle.

One month after starting the My Best Body Beginner Plan, Brenda was so happy and thankful that she’s feeling an increase in energy levels, excitement with the new foods she’s trying, notices some minor weight loss in her body composition from her new diet alone, and most importantly, she finds enjoyment eating the meals she’s cooking. Only with her doctor’s guidance should she stop taking the prescribed medication but she’s reduced the symptoms of her thyroid condition. With her plan, she received personalized guidance and a 2-week custom meal plan tailored to her work schedule, lifestyle, food preferences, body measurements, and dietary restrictions. She now has recipe inspiration and a foundation to know which foods she should eliminate from her diet and foods to incorporate to support her thyroid condition.

Shannon had a totally life-changing experience, noticeably three months into her commitment in starting the Best Body Nutrition in 5 program. She didn’t have a clue where to start and thought it was impossible to ever be healthy but two to three months afterward, she was feeling overwhelmed with the joy of her progress toward achieving her health goal and lifestyle. Shannon and others around her noticed that she was losing weight, fitting into smaller clothes, had a leaner physique, her skin was glowing and clearer, and she’d totally strut into work with her lunch prepped and newfound confidence. Shannon’s migraines stopped, and her leg and ankle swelling dramatically reduced that the pain was no longer existent. Prior to the program, Shannon didn’t believe in herself and had no idea where to begin but the Best Body in 5 program walked her through step-by-step of how to start, how to overcome obstacles and excuses to stay accountable with herself and me, what to eat and why, how to create a balanced meal, learning which healthy foods she likes that align with her preferences and lifestyle, how often she should eat, recipes, and how to prepare her meal schedule for the busy week ahead at her corporate job. Not only that but to accelerate her results, she also joined the gym and was open and willing to try new things like classes and her own workouts, which contributed to the leaner physique and reduced ankle swelling.

Along with continuous commitment to themselves and living a healthy lifestyle that is realistic and ideal for them, these two women were able to change their lives. They were both open-minded to learn how they can thrive, how they can achieve the health goals they set, they wanted to reduce the symptoms of their conditions, and live with happiness and confidence. With the right guidance and accountability from the Best Body Nutrition in 5 program and My Best Body Beginner Plan, eating nutritious and tasty foods, ensuring daily movement, and practicing self-care, Shannon and Brenda are both on a path to living their best lives with happiness and health.
